Do you have suggestions for SurveyGizmo?

We have added a community area so your voice can be heard. Inside the SurveyGizmo application just click on the "Feedback" tab on the right hand side.

All users are given 10 votes that can be used to put weight behind your own requests or add to the weight of other users. We'll use this to both understand how to build the features you want, as well as, prioritize our development efforts. By voting for the features you most want, you'll help decide the direction of SurveyGizmo.

Welcome to the new SurveyGizmo Support Center. This website will allow you to interact with the SurveyGizmo Customer Service staff and assist you in addressing any questions, concerns, or problems with your SurveyGizmo account. You will need to already have a SurveyGizmo account to contact support, and can create a new account if necessary. If this is a sales inquiry, you can use our contact form.

SurveyGizmo support is run by small, dedicated, hands-on team based in Boulder, Colorado, not by a call center or outside service. Each unique problem is created as a 'request' within the system, and if you have a new issue, you can submit a new support request. Maybe you have already submitted a request and you want to check on any new replies or their current status. You can either look at any requests that are not yet completed by viewing your open requests or see your support history and view your solved and closed requests.

You can access this page by clicking Support/Help in the top-right of your SurveyGizmo account. To make things even easier, you should consider adding this webpage to your Favorites/Bookmarks, so you can easily come back here whenever you need assistance. Go ahead, we'll wait.

The SurveyGizmo team is located in Boulder, CO, USA and are in Mountain Time, which is GMT -600 (MDT) during Daylight Saving Time (basically the spring and summer months). For the rest of the year, the team is GMT -700 in MST. Our support team responds to emails and phone calls during the following times:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30am - 5pm (MDT/MST)

Our goal is to respond to requests in less than 24 hours during business days. We appreciate your patience as we strive to provide the best customer service possible in the industry and beyond.

 

Emergencies

If you have an emergency, such as one of our servers or one of your surveys is unreachable, we have a 24-7 paging system.  This is only to report a server down or a similar problem, not for normal, support which is available at the hours above. To report a server issue call 800.609.6480. During business hours press 2 for the support team. After hours call and listen for instructions to page the on call technician (from outside the US, please use 720.496.2990).
